It takes a village! BCMP life skills and leadership program gives youth and young adults a nurturing, fun, and firm environment to grow. BCMP adults with lived experiences provides support, guidance, and opportunities to help youth and young adults succeed in life, set, and meet their goals. 

VOICES is the media outreach program targeting youth and young adults and their families, creating a forum of expression and using peers to inform, educate, and encourage dialogue within the pre-teen, teen, and young adult community on pertinent issues. VOICES will awaken and enlighten audiences through performing arts and open, organized discussions, virtually, physically, televised, etc.

Impacting community through engagment and service.  By developing educated, involved, and productive citizens,  FIA reaches lives helping to be the difference. From events encouraging racial equity, to health and job fairs, family engagement summits, and workshops, to DIY, awareness & prevention, and more, FIA keeps the community at the pulse of our heart.

MAB and LODE is a leadership boot camp style training program for males and females ages 11 through young adulthood.  It is a community organization that focuses on the practice, study, and teaching of leadership.  The objectives are:

• To stimulate and cultivate a positive attitude within pre-teen to young adult males and females through self esteem and leadership workshops
• To develop and maintain a network of support and services that will improve the quality of life and allow them to be role models for their peers by networking with managers serving as mentors
• To empower young people through education, information, relationships, and resources that will enrich their professional, educational, social development and careers through college tours, conferences, business workshops and social outings
