The Willingboro Township Teen Mentoring Program was founded in 1996 at the Willingboro Township Recreation Department under the direction of Amy Dean and former co-director Cecil Leonard. The list of Big Brothers and Big Sisters that have served within the program include: Cecil Leonard, Tracey Clark, Patrick Lee, Douglas Spruill, Dawne Davis, Nicole Duckery, Michelle Williams, and "Layla", Ediomi Utuk, Jalaylia Hayspell, Courtney Hartgrove, Farran Bivins (TBA), Utenge Utuk, Ken Dean, and Wilikins Joseph. The program is currently run by Utenge and Toniesha Utuk and Big Brother Ken Dean.
